Yellow Perch Taco

- PurePac Yellow Perch
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch chili spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix breadcrumbs, cumin and chili spice in a bowl
- Beat egg in separate bowl and stir in milk
- Place flour in a separate bowl
- Rinse and pat Yellow Perch with paper towel
- Dip Perch into flour, remove
- Dip in egg mixture, remove
- Press Perch on both sides in panko mixture
- Place Perch on sprayed baking dish
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Place in taco shells with your favourite condiments
