Baked Pistachio Encrusted Walleye
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package PurePac Walleye
- 1/4 cup shelled and crushed pistachios
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter pie plate or parchment paper
- Coat Walleye with crushed pistachios (both sides)
- Place on pie plate or parchment paper skin side down
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Transfer to plate and serve with potato and seasonal vegetables
Notes
Other lake fish can be substituted. Try with PurePac Whitefish!
