Baked Pistachio Encrusted Walleye

  • 1 package PurePac Walleye
  • 1/4 cup shelled and crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp butter


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Butter pie plate or parchment paper
  • Coat Walleye with crushed pistachios (both sides)
  • Place on pie plate or parchment paper skin side down
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
  • Transfer to plate and serve with potato and seasonal vegetables
