Yellow Perch Taco

Ingredients

  • PurePac Yellow Perch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch chili spice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix breadcrumbs, cumin and chili spice in a bowl
  • Beat egg in separate bowl and stir in milk
  • Place flour in a separate bowl
  • Rinse and pat Yellow Perch with paper towel
  • Dip Perch into flour, remove
  • Dip in egg mixture, remove
  • Press Perch on both sides in panko mixture
  • Place Perch on sprayed baking dish
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Place in taco shells with your favourite condiments
