Potato Encrusted White Perch
Description
- PurePac White Perch
- 2 Cups Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of white or black pepper
- 1 pinch cumin
- Vegetable Oil
Ingredients
Scale
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Rinse and pat dry White Perch with a paper towel
- Press fish into potato flake mixture on both sides
- Add 1–2oz vegetable oil in frying pan
- Heat to medium/high heat
- Add fish to hot oil frying for 2-3 minutes, turn over and dry for 2-3 minutes
Instructions
Serve with lemon, your favourite rice dish and seasonal vegetables.
