Potato Encrusted White Perch

  • PurePac White Perch
  • 2 Cups Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
  • 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of white or black pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • Vegetable Oil


  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Rinse and pat dry White Perch with a paper towel
  • Press fish into potato flake mixture on both sides
  • Add 12oz vegetable oil in frying pan
  • Heat to medium/high heat
  • Add fish to hot oil frying for 2-3 minutes, turn over and dry for 2-3 minutes


Serve with lemon, your favourite rice dish and seasonal vegetables.
