BBQ Bacon Wrapped Walleye
Ingredients

- PurePac Walleye
- 3 Slices Bacon
- 3 TBSP BBQ Sauce
- Metal or Bamboo Skewers
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ and spray grates with vegetable oil
- Rinse Walleye and pat dry on paper towel
- Remove skin from fish and cut into 3 long strips
- Wrap each strip into a tight roll
- Wrap bacon around each roll
- Skewer fish rolls onto skewers and place on BBQ
- Grill for 5 minutes on each side
- Brush with your favourite BBQ sauce and grill for 1-2 minutes
Notes
Serve with roasted potatoes and local corn on the cob.
