Lemon Pepper and Parmesan White Bass

  • PurePac White Bass
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Lemon Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Panko Breadcrumbs


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray baking sheet with butter or vegetable oil
  • Rinse and pat dry White Bass with paper towel
  • Press fish into cheese crumb mixture on both sides
  • Place on greased baking sheet, bake for 8-10 minutes


Serve with fresh lemon and mixed green salad.
