Blackened White Bass
Ingredients

- PurePac White Bass
- 1 Cup Paprika
- 1/4 Cup Chili Spice
- 1 TBSP Cumin
- 2 TSP Curry Powder
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 Pinch Thyme
- 1 Pinch Dill Weed
- 1 TSP Brown Sugar
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Rinse and pat White Bass dry with paper towel
- Press fish into season mixture on both sides
- Add 10oz vegetable oil to pan
- Heat to medium high (oil should almost be smoking)
- Place fish in pan and cook 2-3 minutes
- Turn and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes
Notes
Serve with fresh lemon and caesar salad.
